WASH YOUR HEART CLEAR

So you may HEAR

what’s HERE

with the EYES + EARS

of WONDER

Grief need not be a concretized, consuming burden.
It’s the overlooked, often unrecognized burdens that consume us the most,
that keep us in the loops of consumption.

Constantly searching for the milk of the mother -
there is a child inside each of us that longs to return to her.

The whales and the Little People teach us that just as the children inside of us long to return to our mother, so does our Mother Earth equally yearn to return to our bosoms, our bodies, our breath.

She yearns to have a dwelling place inside of our hearts, our hopes and dreams, and our noticings of the daily acts of wonder & beauty.

We all know the pain of separation.

Not one of us is exempt from the wound of severance.

This break in belonging that drives us to push ourselves into something unrecognizeable to the soul, but compatible to capitalism, consumption + machination.

Our world is desperately in need of those who are willing to pause, slow down, and attune to the rythmns of the earth. Attune to the rythmns of nature. Turn a listening ear to the whispers of all of earth’s children.

In Wails & Wonder- we do just that. We take a small moment, 90 minutes of our day to pause and attune to the currents of nature.

To turn our ears toward our hearts. To the brains in our hearts. To the brains in our bellies, the brains in our wombs, the brains that live beneath the surface of the soil.

We become mycelial, and here we reconstruct our relations. We open to being remade into something that can recognize/re-instate human-ness, recognize dignity, and this becomes a medicine that is recognized by our Soul.

We become mycelial, and here- with the aid of our othrewordly kin who sim in the oceans and dwell in the trees, we open to being remade.

We open to our relationships being reconstructed into that which is organic.

We open to being filled with the Love of the Mother that no machine, device or tool of separation can tinker with, can turn into a pawn or then consume.

Through Opening to our grief and our wonder, we in hopes that we may become increasingly free.

Increasingly free ourselves + others, and this planet.
